AInvictus is a voice-AI platform operated by LFSA Digital ("AInvictus", "we", "us"). It provides businesses with an AI phone agent that answers calls, and a dashboard where they review call activity and appointments. This policy explains what data we process and how we protect it.
Account data: the email address and workspace details used to log in to the dashboard.
Call data: phone numbers, call recordings, transcripts, outcomes, and appointment details generated by calls handled by your AI agent.
Google user data: when you choose to connect a Google Calendar, we access your calendar availability (free/busy) and create calendar events on your behalf.
If you connect your Google Calendar, we request the calendar.events and calendar.freebusy scopes for a single purpose: to let your AI agent check when you are available and book appointments directly on your calendar (including a Google Meet link). We use this access only to provide that scheduling feature.
AInvictus's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the scheduling feature, for security, or to comply with law.
Your AI agent is powered by third-party AI services: Retell AI (voice agent orchestration) and OpenAI(the language model Retell runs, accessed via API). During a call, the only Google Calendar data these services receive is what the conversation requires — the open appointment times we retrieve from your calendar, and the appointment details the caller chooses to book. We do not send your calendar's event contents, titles, attendees, or history to any AI service.
That data is used solely to conduct the call in real time — to offer available times and create the appointment the caller requested. It is never used, transferred, or sold to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models. OpenAI does not train its models on data submitted through its API, and Retell AI processes this data transiently only to operate the voice agent. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google refresh tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before storage and are accessible only to our server when booking on your behalf. Call data is stored in an access-controlled database where each business can see only its own data. Recordings are stored privately and served through short-lived, signed links.
You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the dashboard's Settings, which deletes the stored token immediately. You may also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page. Call data is retained for the life of your account and deleted on request.
